Why should you read my blog?

The media inundates us with so many new lotions, potions, miracle lasers, and 1-hour facelifts. It is hard to know what really works. I am a nurse with 30 years experience in dermatology and plastic surgery.  I work with lasers, skin care and injectables. My philosophy, and that of the doctor I work for, is to really check things out scientifically and then be honest with our findings …this means you might not always like what I say. Each week I will post cosmetic information I hope is helpful and interesting.
