Sorry, but it's true. :(
If you are someone that already takes reasonably good care of your skin, honestly it doesn't take all that much more effort to repair or maybe I should say, improve your skin.
First, get back to your routine of using your skin care products twice a day. If you use a retinal or Retin A, good for you!...but bump it up a little and let your skin peel again so you are exfoliating that top layer of damaged skin and stimulating the dermal layer.

In the office, we can also treat pigment with lasers and peels for quicker results if desired.
Next, make use of a corrective moisturizer. Our ZO line has 2 really nice creams that have small amounts of retinal, antioxidants, plus hydrating....wonderful mulit-taskers and something to consider adding to your skincare routine.
Growth factors are another proven method of stimulating the collagen in your skin we all lose as we age. Skin Medica is our favorite and they make a product called Essential Serum that combines the TNS Growth Factor with antioxidants making it an "all in one" type product that gives remarkable results in about 2 to 3 months. Skin Medica also makes Recovery Complex which is just pure TNS Growth Factor.
Another way to soften your wrinkles and your over all look is with Botox. You all know how I feel about Botox.
It is amazing!!! There is really nothing more I can say about that!
And finally, the most basic thing we can all do for better skin is of course...you guessed it, drink water, eat healthy, and exercise.
